I usually go to a specific store to buy pods for my Veev One device. Most of the time, I buy blue Classics mint pods. Recently, in a few of the pods I purchased, today one of them failed after using only one-third of the liquid inside and stopped working with any Veev One device I have, due to a coil issue.
Today, I went to the store and purchased four packs of the pods and paid for them. I asked the employee with blond hair, and I said I had a pod it’s faulty and still had 2/3 liquid inside for replacement (this pod was new and purchased 2 days ago), but he pulled up my profile and said they could not replace it for me. There was a note on my account that said not to replace any pods for me because I replaced another faulty pod a couple of days before. My question is if the pod is in working condition why do I have to drive to the store and waste my time to replace it? So, it is not working, and I paid for it. Was not free. The pod still had two-thirds of the liquid left. Why I can’t get the replacement, I paid for working pods, not faulty pods.
However, the employee refused to help me, saying that he could not do it because of the note on my account. He suggested that I talk to his manager, but she was not there at the time. He told me would ask her manager to call me so I could talk to her and am still waiting for his manager to call me.
As I was leaving the store, another salesperson tried to sell me a new product, the VuseGO 5000 and a promotion they had on that product. I asked about other products and the price. The guy said he did not have it at his counter, but the same store had it for sale.
The employee with blond hair said the price and said “But I will not sell to you. I was surprised because I had only asked about the price and had not expressed any intention to buy it. He was very rude and asked me to leave the store, but I did not do or say anything. I asked for his name, but he refused to provide it. However, I know his name is Julian, and he has blond hair. There were two other employees present who witnessed the incident and can confirm what happened. The store has cameras, so they can also check the footage.
I am disappointed with 180smoke for employing someone with such a bad attitude towards customers. I give them a zero rating and if there is a lower than zero definitely will give it because of the way they dealt with me. Customer service and satisfaction are important, and I was not asking for anything unreasonable.

I loved this store as well as their employees, but the new girl with the curly hair behind the counter needs to be fired. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
